The Menu

Our inspiration serves you a tasting menu predominantly with vegetables, some fish, and only one meat course. All dishes consist of numerous small details and ingredients, and every single one of them has its own role in providing you an exquisite flavor experience. In case of allergies or dietary restrictions, we can consider omitting meat, poultry, fish, or shellfish. Guests with a seafood allergy will be served a menu with vegetarian dishes. Due to the use of soy sauce (with gluten), we cannot provide a fully gluten free menu.

The price for the full, 9-course, experience is € 100 per person. We offer a wine pairing carefully selected by our sommelier. The wine pairing price is € 50 per person for the full experience. When making a booking, please take into account that for the full experience, you will be dining for at least 3 hours.

Reservations are mandatory, and we cannot accept last-minute arrivals. Even if there would be space in the "restaurant", we cannot serve customers without a reservation. All the components of our dishes are freshly prepared and carefully arranged based on the number of registered guests. Please also note that despite the fact that we are open until 22.00, our last reservation time is 19.30.
